Treatment dosage schedule
Week 1

4x1 m-blade (MB) daily

preferably with meals (to be taken on training and non-training days alike)

Week 2

4x1 m-blade (MB) daily

preferably with meals (to be taken on training and non-training days alike)

Week 3

3x1 m-blade (MB) daily

preferably with meals (to be taken on training and non-training days alike)

Week 4

2x1 m-blade (MB) daily

preferably with meals (to be taken on training and non-training days alike)

Week 5

2x1 m-blade (MB)

TRAINING DAYS
1x1 with breakfast and 1x1 with evening meal

NON-TRAINING DAYS
1x1 with mid-day meal

SUPPLEMENTS:
Weeks 1-4

3x50 mg zinc, 2x300 mg magnesium daily

Weeks 5-6

22x50 mg zinc, 2x300 mg magnesium, 4x3 Bulgarian tribulus-tt caps, 2x10g creatine/10g glutamine/10g dextrose mix daily

Weeks 7-9

2x3 ZMA caps, 1x300 mg magnesium, 4x3 Bulgarian tribulus-tt caps, 2x10g creatine/10g glutamine/10g dextrose mix daily

Weeks 10-12

1x3 ZMA caps, 3x3 Bulgarian tribulus-tt caps daily

TRAINING AND NUTRITION:

Weeks 1-4

4 training sessions of 50 - 60 minutes (push/pull system, e.g. bench presses combined with underhand chin-ups, 8 - 12 repetitions)

Weeks 4-6

3 training sessions of 40 - 50 minutes (brief pauses, 12 - 18 repetitions)
